  • 1. Grievance is an expression of concern or other feedback from suppliers / contractors of BHEL , that needs a response.It is one of the important sources of information for identification and addressal of issues.

  • 2. Grievance can be lodged against process, department, tender, claim or any other concern.

  • 3. Complainant as a public/citizen compulsorily, has to attach copy of correspondence with BHEL and has to fill correct vendor details as per the format.

  • 4. Anonymous/Pseudonymous complaint will not be entertained. So, please give your proper name and address. If on verification, it is found to be pseudonymous, necessary action may be initiated.

  • 5. Grievance must be in brief, to the point and have factual details. Grievance containing vague information or absurd statements shall be void and shall not be entertained.

  • 6. All actionable Grievances are addressed till their logical conclusion and status shall be updated against the grievance
