  • 1. The Vendor who wants to submit a Grievance shall register him/herself as a user giving the required details before lodging his/her complaint.

  • 2. User ID & Password will be sent to Vendor on given Email ID after the registration process.

  • 3. After successful registration, the Vendor shall login with his login credentials to lodge a Grievance.

  • 4. Details of the Grievance will be available as soon as the Grievance is registered.

  • 5. Vendor will receive an Email when the Grievance will be closed and has to login again to check the complete Reply.
